Jessica is my second born. She is the information hound of the family. There is hardly a conversation that happens around our home where she does not have some pertinent fact to share with the rest of us.

She loves reality TV. Not the junk you find on network television. No, Jessica loves cable TV reality shows: Cake Boss, My Fair Wedding, Myth Busters, Hoarders, The Biggest Loser, American Pickers and Nanny 911.

Jessica’s real strength is found in a much more important category; Jessica understands biblical friendship.

If you find yourself on Jessica’s list of friends you are in a special place. Her list of close friends is a short list. It is a short list because she gives her entire self and energy to the preservation of that friendship.

I have never heard her speak negatively of any of her friends. She will not maintain a relationship where gossip is tolerated. Jessica is a very faithful friend. She brings love and kindness to all of her friendships. She puts the needs of her friends above her own at every opportunity. She does everything she possibly can to attend all activities her friends have invited her to. She doesn’t do this out of a selfish desire for pleasure or entertainment. She does it because she wants to show her friends how seriously she takes their relationship.

If Jessica calls you friend you can count on her to have your back.
